Business Computing Tips

Product is more than just the Wz123 part you sell, it is the need you
are filling for the customer.
For example, take toothpaste. For a long time, it was almost a generic
product. It was all the same. But then someone thought of putting it
into a tube, adding mouthwash, making it so you couldn't lose the lid,
a whole range of changes.
That is because they realised that their product wasn't toothpaste, it
was people wanting a quick and easy way to look after their teeth.
You need to do the same. What need are you filling. If you have a
website for your product, is it quick and easy to get around and to
order. Do they have choices? Do they want choices? Ask around your
customers, better yet, find someone that didn't buy & ask them why.
It is not just the product, it's the box it comes in and the colour,
the whole package.
