This is the subgroup of the HRD Feedback Unit that will be discussing about Singapore's IR in terms of job creation opportunities. It is a free opt-in and is used as an area to share news, articles and statistics.

This discussion is to provide ideas for questions to be asked about the IR in job creation and

not to change government policies.

The common thread of questions should be about:

1)Positive Spillover Effects (Job Creation For Singaporeans)

2)Are our educational instituitions able to cope with creating and training a pool of local talent to meet the demands of IR

3) Is there any job-rigidity? Any career prospects for Singaporeans in this industry?

4) Are there any standards that can be used to mirror wage expectations?

5) What if our local talent pool bring their expertise overseas? Will there be an unintended brain drain?

etc etc..
