Course Content:-

Module 4: Developing Customer service communication skills
Course Objectives:-
- Distinguish the different types of customers and respond to customers while exceeding their expectations.
- Develop customer service skills, provide quality customer service, and solve customer service problems.
- Understand customers behaviour, work with customers who are either angry or upset, and reduce customer service stress
- Understand the importance of effective communication, provide quality service on the telephone, and compose effective e-mail messages
Course Duration : 24hrs in 8 days (Two days a week) Each day 3hrs with a break
Course Price : 450 a special discount for the new year only 390 L.E with a special discount for groups and companies.
