Speakers: Rob Wilmot, co-founder of Freeserve and Mark Harrison, partnership and
project management consultant,
Topic: 'Do what you do best - outsource the rest'
After the bubble - the partnership culture as the dot com market shifts from new (many short-lived) players into new channels for established businesses. Rob Wilmot, co-founder of Freeserve and Mark Harrison, partnership and project management consultant, will be looking at new ways of working to reach markets. They will highlight the way that sites are becoming more complex, and the subsequent partnership integration needed to build a successful commercial site. Any major solution now needs to provide a mechanism for monitoring and dialogue between client, lead partner and the partner team - across partnerships at both corporate and small emergent company scales.
