Hi Andy,

I tried opening your KML file using FME 2006 GB and got the same error
you did. But when I started up the FME 2007 Build 4390 Universal
Viewer, I was able to view the KML data without a problem. So it
seems that the quickest solution for you might be to upgrade your
version of FME.

What version of FME are you using? Are you able to post the KML for us to look at? If not, you may want to send to Safe support. I know that their KML...
