The Iraq Civil war.

The adminstration hasn't admitted it, but thats whats going on in
Iraq.
The Sunni Muslims in Iraq with the backing of the Suni muslims in
Iran and mercenaries form the Iraqi resistance, a Jihad, hiding
behind Islamism.

The connection to al-Qaida is one of Convenience, mutual objectives.
motivated by politics and money.

The groups are many and more every day, there are the White Flags,
the Green Battalions and the Holders of the Black Banners, there's
Mohammed's Army and, not to be outdone, Mohammed's Second Army, the
Lions of God and the Harvest of Resistance.

Al-Zarqawi represents the biggest group of mercenaries, his alliance
with al-Qaida is ego and finance driven.

Iraq lackS the experienced cadres fuctioning in an intelligence
capacity. We need to train the Iraqi EQUIVALENT of the FBI and CIA.
Iraq needs an Iraqi Elliot Ness to run their Iraqi intelligence
services. The USA cannot do that for them.

Falluja will run to form, most of the insurgents will disappear, only
to re-appear when the iraqi take over and Intimidate the local police
and Government AGAIN.

Right now the insurgents hae the Iraqi police out gunned, US policy
is not willing to arm them as needed for fear of the weapons falling
into insurgents hands.

Currently the insurgents have iraqi intellignce out manned and out
gunned and out organized. Teh insurgent intelligence is doing a far
better job than Iraqi Intelligence and the insurgents are better
funded.

THIS IS A CIVIL WAR BACKED BY IRAN AND WELL PAID MERCENARIES. IRAQ IS
NOT WELL ENOUGH ORGANIZED TO DEFEAT THEM.
The USA can buy Iraq time to get their Intelligence organized, this
intelligence work is NOT something we can do.

We need to be training their FBI and CIA, NOW.

We can help iraq but they have to DO IT.
