Subject: Unauthorized use of email addresses of GSREIA members
On this date a Cease & Desist order was issued for several
individuals using email addresses extracted from the GSREIA
yahoogroup.

GSREIA members give their information including their email address
to GSREIA the organization not to individuals for their own personal use.

If you have a complaint about emails being sent to you personally
and you did not provide the sender your email address, and you do not wish to receive these communications:

1. Please forward this email along with your request to be removed
from the senders email list to the sender.

2. Please CC GSREIA at gardenstatereia1@yahoo.com in your request to the sender.

3. If the sender continues to violate the Privacy Act after said
notice, subsequent actions can now be taken.

4. No one is allowed to post e-mails with a link unless you are a VENDOR MEMBER. YOU CAN NOT POST DEALS FOR A DEVELOPER THAT HAS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
#5 General Request Postings (ie We Buy Houses, Looking for Bird Dogs,
We Got Money for Your Deals, Anyone want to buy foreclosures, who
wants to make money on a deal, any one need money, or who is
interested in attending or joining a group, workshop, session) Are
Not Permitted by General Members.

Advertising through GSREIA for group sign ups are only for Vendor
Members advertising these sessions for their business only and must
request and notify GSREIA with dates for these events so as not to
conflict with any GSREIA planned events for that day/evening without
gsreia consent.
