Welcome to GeoJobs, a crossroads for civilization-building employment and livelihood, primarily in the Washington, DC/MD/NVA region, but often reaching across the nation and across the globe. GeoJobs is open, completely noncommercial and free of charge.

We invite those jobseekers and employers whose work helps build humankind, civilization, and the planet itself in the spirit of right livelihood, consistent with Geotrees' values and mission as described in our home page, www.geotrees.com. This is a moderated list.

Employers, primarily but not exclusively nonprofit, are invited to post their job announcements here. And jobseekers are welcome to post their availability, and their resumes and CVs. Anyone may view the message bank archives at any time, and post to the group at any time - but we strongly recommend that you subscribe, to automatically receive messages as they appear.

You may include your announcements or resumes either in the body of your mail, making them visible to nonsubscribers, as attachments, or both. Note that YahooGroups does not store attachments in its archives. For this reason, to read attached announcements and resumes, you must subscribe to this group.
