Dear Home Solutions Member,

I've noticed that there have been quite a few ads being posted here,
which is fine, but I don't want this forum to turn into one of those
ad-filled groups. I know that we are all bombarded with spam on a
daily basis, so I've changed the guidelines on posting here:

* In order to have an ad approved, you must provide at least one post
where you provide information that other group members will find
helpful or useful. For example, How-To articles or tips on buying or
selling a home.

* Members will only be allowed 2 ads per week. This means if you are
going to post 2 ads, you also must post 2 helpful articles.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause anybody. I
strive to provide a forum in which we can all share and help each other.

I do understand that ads are a part of your business, but I like to
keep every member's best interests at heart. Please keep in mind that
I do offer advertising at the Home Solutions website and blog.
Perhaps that would be a better marketing venue for you...
