Intended membership: Former HP employees from the Boise site.

Purpose of the group:

a) Share. People may just want to share what they are doing, or otherwise connect with other people who are going through a similar change in their lives.

b) Network. Some of usw may have new jobs, or have leads on jobs that may fit another candidate better. Personal networking is the way that most jobs are actually found, so it would make sense that we use each other as an extension of our personal networks. Wouldn't you like to have an extra 100 people feeding you ideas and leads on employment?

c) Create. We are a talented, experienced group of people with a wide array of skills. This is a unique opportunity for groups to band together to create new businesses.
