The medium of dance and body movements is combined with contemporary process work approaches. A first, this innovative workshop offers an exciting learning opportunity for self-discovery and creative relating. Facilitation methodology will weave together visual perspectives, spontaneous self-expression and creative relating.
A journey from fear to freedom, participants will be able to breakthrough their inhibitions and learn to relate through the medium of dance and spontaneous expression. The facilitators will enable the participant's discover the relevance to their everyday work and engagement in teams. That creative self has the tendency of expanding itself to the individuals work environment, which translates to higher levels of work productivity.

Sandip Soparrkar:
Sandip is a famous Dance Teacher, and has worked with companies like Jet Airways, Hindustan Lever, Lintas, HSBC Bank, ICICI Securities, HDFC Bank, Citi Group etc. in their Learning and Development endeavours. Apart from corporates he has taught famous bollywood personalities like Kajol, Tabu, Dino Morea, Amisha Patel, Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Farah Khan to name a few.
Vikram Bhatt:
Vikram is an experienced Process Facilitator and OD Practitioner. He has worked extensively in human potential development through Executive Coaching and use of Appreciative Inquiry. Vikram is a professional member and has held board membership associated with ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science). Vikram is the co-founder of Resonate consulting.
