Position: GM / AGM - Leadership Development

Qualification: PG in Management / HR from a premier B-School

Experience: 10 plus years of experience in Training and Development domain,
specializing in leadership training for the Senior Management resources

Responsibility: Will be responsible in identifying and developing key leadership
talent pool for the long team business goals of the group. Along with the head
training the incumbent will be diagnosing, designing and executing leadership
development programs. Should be exposed to Assessment Centers & Development
Centers.

Client: This group is in business for over 100 years with 25+ companies within
its fold and with a annual turnover above 2 billions $ USD.
