The International Lean Association (ILA) is a group of international professionals using the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) method of Lean to improve the operating results of their organizations.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Effectively immediately:
1-All memberships will be free! For thoses that hold the Deshi Certificate, annual fees will still apply. Electronic membership certificates are available for all new members and for any previous members

2-More opportunity to share resources. If you have an electronic file, activity to share with the group, please forward this to me. We want our members to have the ability to network and share ideas, best practices and resources.


SITE CHANGES
We are in the process of making some changes to the ILA groupsite. This is in response to the changing economic conditions. We hope that these changes will be of benefit to all of our members.

1- If you would like to publicize an event on our site, it will be displayed on the "Calendar" section.

2- If you are looking for work opportunities,know of an opportunity or represent a placement agency you may display the pertinent information on the "Datebase" section of this groupsite and open the specific table of interest.

3- If you have an article that you would like posted, please submit it to Ron Fite, President of ILA at rdfite@yahoo.com or Fite@FitesProfessionalServices.com

All information submitted will be reviewed before placement on the groupsite. Information must be relative to areas relating to continuous improvement.
