Welcome to all unionized Signals & Communications workers of all North American railways.

This group was created with the intention of being a truly open forum where IBEW S&C members can discuss (without fear or threat of banishment) the pros and cons of our current union and employment situation. It will also be a place where we are free to find and discuss alternatives to our current union situation if that is what a member feels we need.

Every member's opinion is welcome and should be heard.

Be courteous and open-minded. Take and give criticism and discussion constructively rather than personally. Through completely open and honest discussion is the only way we will be able to come together and become an effective union regardless of what banner we work under.

Membership will be limited to IBEW members working unionized railway positions. No railway management - No Scabs!!!

Memebrship will not be granted to anyone that will not provide their real name, positon and place of employment.
