Dedicated to the discovery and discussion of issues that impact IBM employees and might be included in a Union contract with IBM such as wages, salary, working hours, health care, medical insurance, PBC, vacation, working conditions, management, unfair work practices, IBM pension benefits including Cash Balance Plans and PCF, right to work, retirement, medical benefits, health benefits, layoffs, age discrimination, service discrimination, and winning strategies.
