I believe your part D medicare plan should pay for it.  We have medicare and the
IBM plan and had to pay for it ourselves.

I've had some varied experience with UHC. The IBM plan, my AARP
supplement, and now my PartD medicine plan are all managed by UHC. These
parts do not know of or recognize each other. The competence of their
people also varies considerably.
Right now I'm waiting to see what the IBM Plan does with my claim for
shingles shots. It has been "in process" for fifteen days so far.
