I set up my IRA at the end of March 2009. In my opinion there is no reason for
you to delay. More specifically, I would do the rollover before the earnings
season begins (starts this Wednesday with Alcoa reporting). My near term
strategy is to buy shares in individual companies that I think will report good
earnings. These are the stocks that should rise as the earnings season unfolds.
Good luck!

to IRA and then probably to a Roth in 2010. Where did you decide to set up your
IRA/rollover ? You both clearly have more finance background than I do.
THanks.
