I set up my IRA at the end of March 2009. In my opinion there is no reason for
you to delay. More specifically, I would do the rollover before the earnings
season begins (starts this Wednesday with Alcoa reporting). My near term
strategy is to buy shares in individual companies that I think will report good
earnings. These are the stocks that should rise as the earnings season unfolds.
