a) Data Center Role:

2-4 years of systems administration experience.

Windows Administrators (Win 2000), with the below skill set.

Recent 2+ years systems administration experience in the following areas;
Exchange 5.5 & Exchange 2000
Microsoft’s Windows 2000 Active Directory
Microsoft Backoffice products (e.g. ISA, IIS, SQL, IAS)
Linux/Unix administration

Must have 2 years of solid work experience in maintaining, managing and
supporting an Active Directory environment
Must have 2 years of solid work experience in maintaining, managing and
supporting a server (production) environment.

· Must have MCSE 2000, CCNA or CCNP and Linux certifications

· Must have 2 - 3 years of solid work experience in
troubleshooting/installation/configuration of Linux (SuSE and Red Hat), Windows
95/98NT/2000/XP operating systems and MS products (MS Office 2000/XP [2003 is a
advantage], MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Visual Studio etc)

· Must have 2 years of solid experience of TCP/IP networking protocols
and how a network (LAN & WAN) environment works



b) Desktop Administrators:

Similar skill with less experience

Must have 1 – 2 years work experience in an Active Directory environment

· Must have 2 years of solid work experience in
troubleshooting/installation/configuration of Linux (SuSE and Red Hat), Windows
95/98NT/2000/XP operating systems and MS products (MS Office 2000/XP [2003 is a
advantage], MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Visual Studio etc)

· Must have MCSE 2000, CCNA and Linux certifications

· Need to have an excellent understanding of hardware and software
troubleshooting skills

· Need to have an excellent understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols
and how a network (LAN & WAN) environment works



2. Development and QA

a) Managers (Job code: ITC301)

Hands-on Managers with 8+years of experience in one or more of the below
mentioned technology combinations

Development -Experience on C/C++/Java development,having worked on
Databases,Network,Storage or Security domains.Understand Product development and
should have worked on multiple operating systems like Windows,UNIX,Linux and
Netware.



QA/Testing -Extensive QA/Testing experience,having worked on
Databases,Network,Storage or Security domains.Understand Product Testing and
should have worked on multiple operating systems like Windows,UNIX,Linux and
Netware. Expertise on Automation Testing and should be able to code in any
programming language.



b) Systems Developers (Job code: ITC302)

Developers with 3+years of experience in one or more of the below mentioned

technology combinations

C &UNIX with experience towards Systems Programming on TCP/IP,
SNMP,Multithreading/IPC.Preferably having worked on Networking Domain, working
knowledge on UNIX/LINUX will be an added advantage.
C++&UNIX with experience towards Systems Programming on TCP/IP,
SNMP,Multithreading/IPC.Preferably having worked on Networking Domain, working
knowledge on UNIX/LINUX will be an added advantage.



c) Application Developers (Job code: ITC303)

Developers with 3+experience in one or more of the below mentioned technology
combinations

C &UNIX with application development experience;should have worked on
Databases and preferably on multiple operating systems like Windows,UNIX, Linux
and Netware.
C++with OOAD/UML &UNIX with application development experience; should have
worked on Databases and preferably on multiple operating systems like
Windows,UNIX,Linux and Netware.
Java Developers with Product Development experience and working knowledge on
multiple operating systems like Windows,UNIX,Linux and Netware.
Java Architects with experience in Product development and should have worked
on Web Services like Security/SOAP.



d) Quality Assurance Engineers (Job code: ITC304)

QA/Testing experience with 2+years in one or more of the below mentioned
technology combinations

Experience in Systems Testing,having worked on at least one programming
language (C,C++,Java)or Unix Shell Scripting.Working experience on UNIX and Test
Automation.
Automation testing experience,having worked on at least one programming
language (C,C++,Java)or Unix Shell Scripting with strong database
experience.Experience in Product testing will be an added advantage.



3. Technical Writers (Job code: ITC305)

Graduates/Post Graduates with 2+yrs of relevant experience.Production of
end-user,online documentation and help systems.Experience in editing technical
material.Able to install and configure the software and use it to perform the
functions described in the documentation.Strong experience using Microsoft
Office including Microsoft Word,FrameMaker,Adobe Acrobat,and BookManager
Build.Good communication skills -both oral and written is a must.Proven ability
to meet/ exceed deadlines in a team or autonomous environment is required.
Strong problem solving,debugging,and analytical skills are also required.

For all the positions prior experience with our product lines viz.Unicenter,
BrightStor,eTrust,CleverPath,Advantage and AllFusion,will be an added advantage.
