Iowa, Chicago & Eastern Railroad Corporation (IC&E) was created in February 2002 to acquire the assets of I&M Rail Link, LLC (IMRL). IC&E is wholly owned by Cedar American Rail Holdings, Inc. which is a subsidary of Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad Corporation.

This list is dedicated to discussing the IC&E's acquisition of IMRL and current operations of the railroad.
