Collate Technical Information on Blade Making Process from Rotor Blade Units

Identify No. of Modules to be developed in priority, short and long term,
internal & external

Create Scripts / Storyboards along with exercises, quizzes and practicals on the
shop floor, blended learning, etc...

Design learning for learners, including multimedia, flash, pictures, audio,
videos, etc...

Ensure that Modules will reduce the cycle time and Non Compliances for the Blade
Making Process
