Coal trains onto the PAL from the IC like pond creek trains used to run
threw there power to KY lake coal terminals. Now they cut off the power and go
to the siding at CR junction on the P&I. The PAL then uses there power to
the lake and the IC power comes back to get there train. Any word on who or
why the changes happened a few weeks ago?
FYI:
L513/FUPD turned up at 8:45 PM, in Paducah. Scheduled railroad my ***,
unless they're on Amtrak time now.
