Procedures: Buyer issues icpo with soft probe authorization. Seller
issues draft contract. Buyer returns the draft contract by
exchanging it by facsimile or email attachment, duly signed and
sealed. The draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copies
exchanged. Seller issues five hard copies, signed and sealed and
send to the buyer. The buyer will return 3 hard copies to seller
signed and sealed, in ttm (table top meeting) in Italy or
Switzerland) Buyer and seller have to show past performance records
together. Within (7) seven working days from date of signing the
final contracts, the buyer will issue to seller's bank the non-
operative fully funded documentary letter of credit. Within five (5)
