Ken Wilber's work with holons and holarchy provide a framework for integral psychology, business, education, psychology, philosophy, etc. How can we best understand and apply the idea of integral which transcends and includes other approaches to coaching in general and business coaching in particular.
An example of this exploration would be understanding how to coach from the perspective of internal (implicit), external (explicit), individual and collective.
