The Southern Railway today announced special trains in the Tiruchirapalli,
Nagercoil and Coimbatore sectors to clear extra rush of passengers.

A railway release here said the Chennai Egmore-Sengottai special (0633) would
leave Chennai Egmore at 2025 hrs on October 12 and arrive Sengottai at 0945 hrs,
the next day.

In return the special (0634) would leave Sengottai at 2030 hrs on October 13 and
arrive here at 0850 hrs, the next day.

The Nagercoil-Chennai Central special (0612) would leave Nagercoil at 1630 hrs
on October 12 and arrive Chennai Central at 0830 hrs, the next day.

Chennai Central-Nagercoil special (0611) would leave Chennai Central at 1400 hrs
on October 13 and arrive Nagercoil at 0430 hrs, the next day.

The Tiruchirapalli-Chennai Egmore special (0614) would leave Tiruchirapalli at
2015 hrs on October 12 and 19 and arrive here at 0315 hrs, the next day,
respectively.

The Coimbatore-Chennai Central special (0629) would leave Coimbatore at 2345 hrs
on October 14, 21 and 28 and arrive Chennai Central at 0830 hrs, the next day
respectively.

The Chennai Central-Coimbatore special (0630) would leave Chennai Central at
2345 hrs on October 15, 22 and 29 and arrive Coimbatore at 0745 hrs, the next
day, respectively.

Advance reservations for the above trains would commence tomorrow, the release
added.
