Thanks for the detailed response. I ordered a 200W model -- almost twice the rating. I'm also not as concerned by the extra power consumed by the transformer

... If you can buy a transformer rated in Watts. All of them are sold as if they were Watts, but are really rated in volt-amps, which is something different.
