All we ask is if you start to hold a two way conversation please take conversation off group, this will help not to fill members email boxes, unless conversation being discussed between many group members. Hot topics can get heated at times, I ask that you respect other members that do not participate in hot topics. We need you to be able to agree and disagree then drop it. Everyone can say their opinion, as long as you do not attack any one member.
