This group has been set up for the exchange of information relating to bus, coach, train and ferry operators, providing public transport on the Isle of Wight.

The concept of the group is to generate interest in public transport on the Island with an exchange of information, news, views, history, comments, debate, observations & constructive suggestions to operators' services, events and related subjects.

Reports should be factual or in good faith and avoid negative criticism of group members, local authorities, operators or their staff.

We are fortunate to have a well informed membership, who regularly post updates to service changes and fleet movements at Southern Vectis, Solent Blue Line and the Isle of Wight Bus Museum, to keep everybody up-to-date.

The contents of posts are for the benefit of group members only and should remain in "enthusiasts" circles. They must not be forwarded to the press or any other corporate bodies in any form whatsoever.

It is intended that the group operates a quality message board in a freely and self-moderating way, so please do not abuse this freedom.
