combined experience with general construction estimating,
scheduling, value engineering, cost control, construction
administration and field operations. Experienced with all types of
construction projects (airport runway and airport facilities, high-
rise condominiums and offices, oil terminals and depots, POL
pipelines, schools, hospitals, transmission and distribution lines,
substations, power plants, shopping malls, residential houses and
u.s. army and naval facilities). Can create and maintain electronic
database utilizing the Master Format System and handle all aspects
of the bid process from conception, review of plans and
specifications to soliciting and negotiating with subcontractors
through completion of the bid effort including closeout. Multi-
tasking with the ability to work well under deadline pressure and
can manage projects with little supervision. Proficient with Word,
Excel, Outlook and experienced with Primavera Project Planner (P3),
MS Project, Timberline, Filemaker Pro and AutoCAD.
Presently residing in Toronto, Canada as permanent
resident but willing to relocate anywhere on short notice. Can
understand basic Japanese and Spanish languages. Done projects in
many countries like the Philipines, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam.
