coordinate, and oversee quality control of all subcontractor trades,
interact with inspectors, ensure adherence to city code requirements,
and maintain job cards for building permits. Communicate with sales
staff on buyer concerns during construction. Work with civil and
structural engineers pertaining to plan and changes including
architectural , offsite construction, street improvments, precise
grade, permits, and other matters concerning local city building
departments.
