Position title: Spa Therapist

Job level: Experienced
Main duties and responsibilities:
** Carry out treatments according to the prescribed Radisson SAS standards.
** Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
** Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Personal requirements:
** Oral proficiency in English language
** Previous experience in a 5* spa setting will be an advantage
** Knowledge of proper therapy methods to ensure that no harm comes to guest
** Must be a certified massage therapist
** Must have massage therapy studies
** Flexibility in schedule
** Must be a proficient in various body work techniques and modalities
** Minimum of 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist
** Previous experience in a spa or day spa.
Position title: Spa Receptionist

Employment status: Contract/temporary contract
Job level: Experienced
Requirements:
** Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
** Ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons and other employees
** Ability to operate computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines
** Ability to process outgoing mail
** Ability to process all charges
** Ability to provide assistance to guests and members about retail merchandise
** Ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Spa Manager
** Ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations.
Personal requirements:
** Must have excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
** At least 2 years minimum experience in a similar role in spa industry or hospitality
** Diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics or a certificate in Alternative Spa Therapy from a recognised school will be an advantage
** Basic accounting
** Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
Position title: Spa Beauty Therapist

Job level: Experienced
Main duties and responsibilities:
** Carry out facial treatments, manicures and pedicures to full customer satisfaction, according to the prescribed Radisson SAS standards.
** Carry out skin analysis and give advice about skin and body care
** Perform facial and body massage and/or aromatherapy treatments
** Use a variety of treatments and electrical equipment to treat individual skin and body conditions
** Remove facial and body hair by waxing
** Perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and eyelash and brow tinting
** Provide advice on and sell cosmetic products and related beauty equipment
** Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
** Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Personal requirements:
** Oral proficiency in English language
** Massage experience will be an advantage
** Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist from a 4 or 5 star hotel background
** Flexibility in schedule.
