Main duties and responsibilities:
** Assist the Spa Manager in the responsibility of all personnel in the spa
** Perform routine inventory of treatment products; initiate orders in a timely manner and within budgeting guidelines
** Maximize revenue by effectively staffing and scheduling
** Calculate the daily spa revenue, and generates the reports on spa revenue
** Assume the Spa Manager position when the latter is absent
** Generate both Spa Therapist Commission Reports and Spa Attendance reports in a timely manner
** Assist the Spa Manager in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and training all spa positions
** Assist Spa Manager in ensuring that staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs and activities offered
** Write bi-monthly staff schedule.
Personal requirements:
** Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
** Previous supervisory or management experience.
** Previously held position as lead therapist or trainer preferred.
** Management skills required.
** Thorough knowledge of service, labour controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.
** Previous spa management experience preferred, but not required.

** Provide treatments according to the prescribed Radisson SAS standards.
** Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
** Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Personal requirements
** Oral proficiency in English language
** Previous experience in a 5* spa setting will be advantage
** Knowledge of proper therapy methods to ensure that no harm comes to guest
** Must be a certified massage therapist
** Must have completed massage therapy studies
** Flexibility in schedule
** Must be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities
** Minimum of 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist
** Previous experience in a spa or day spa.
