Canadian-French Financial Translator

Department: Production

· Description:
· Translate documents of a financial nature from English into
Canadian French
· Proofread and edit, where necessary, documents translated
into Canadian French
· Proofread and edit, where necessary, documents translated
into Canadian French
· Edit jobs by freelance translators
· Juggle overlapping projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
· Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract
translators and proofreaders globally






Required Skills:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
· Ability to support multiple projects by keeping accurate and
up-to-date project specs
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in
English and Canadian French
· Exceptional problem solving skills
· Ensure customer sign-off of end product
· Demonstrate effective utilization of staff, effectively
delegate responsibility
· Keep clients informed of project progress
· Prior translation industry experience
· Prior experience translating documents in a financial nature
is a must
