Don't know if you guys have ever heard about anything like this
before --

Every day, around 10 AM PST I get a fax from 1800-305-1794 -- I
called their remove number 1800-395-1794, but yet the faxes continued.

The company calls themselves Cierra (sierra) travel, (one has to call
to gain this information as their name is Not on the fax) but on the
fax it comes accross as FM:Reservations (without a fax number) -
************** THE BIGGEST problem that I have a problem with,is that
they somehow have their *FAXES RIGGED*, that instead of going to my
computer as all faxes are done, my fax machine will error out, and
the fax is printed EACH time. *************************

I have received faxes from them on a regular basis.. last week the
ones I were able to find in my Trash that I had thrown away
were3/06/07, 3/07/07, 3/09/07, 3/14/07, 3/15/07, 3/16/07 this week
3/21/07, 3/22/07 and of course every week for the past several
months. Generally the faxes come in on Thursdays around 10:30 Am
PST -- I called them on the 16th to be removed, but received one
today and Yesterday.

When I asked them today what gives, and told them that I would report
as they had not respected my request to be removed from their fax
list, the lady expressed no regard to my comment.

As I said, the part that disturbs me more than anything is the Rigged
faxes - that they do print, even though my computer is set to recieve
all faxes to my computer, yet somehow, these faxes create an error
message to my fax machine and computer, which will say error
Receiving Fax, and will automatically print the faxes, instead of
storing the information. Which also concerns me of possible
virus/spyware potential. Not to mention the loss of ink and paper.

I have never been a customer of these individuals, and should not be
on their mailing list and have not given them permission to send me
faxes at any time.

I didn't see this number on your the junk fax, but I am sure this is
a problem with many.. please advise - I have called the FCC, but of
course, this is probably the last thing they want to care about..
Karen
