This kind of proves my point, that its pointless and probably dangerous to even
respond to those "call this number to remove yourself from our lists" (same is
true for e-mail spam removal instructions). All you've done, is prove to them
that your FAX machine actually receives their faxes, which I think means even
more faxes will be on their way to you.

Those low-life fax-spammers are violating the law just by sending you those
faxes in the first place. What makes you think they would "honor" any removal
request?
