Can someone enlighten me as to the changes that have occurred in CA. over
the last 2 years. I understand that it is now legal to send an unsolicited
fax to CA from another state (Intrastate), but not from CA. to CA
(Interstate). If someone has the current code sections for California, I
would appreciate that. I have a few local faxes and want to pursue a small
claims case against them. Its been a while since I have taken one to court,
but I think its time to get it going again. I just don't want to go into
court without having all the current legal information. I have been to some
of the junk fax websites and I don't see any current information posted.
