AFS incorporates the billing information data tapes (BIDT) from the GDSs and processes them in the Bredimus system to generate marketing and financial reports such as overall agent sales, passive bookings, duplicated reservations, and wait-listed bookings. Nicholas Bredimus, president of Bredimus Systems, says "These checks include the testing of various rule categories attached to the fares. The fares can then be compared between the individual GDSs". Quality assurance is implemented for important city pairs in the major reservation systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre and Worldspan).
