I'm glad this group is starting up. What I heard at Agile2007 really
got me excited. I've read Agile Management about two times back, read
the corresponding blog for the past few years and I always used the
ideas as an add-on to a Scrum or XP implementation.

I really want to take the leap into not-XP/Scrum land. I look forward
to sharing experiences and ideas as the implementation (that sounds
like the wrong word) plays itself out in my organization.
