The network group is made up of HR and Recruiting professionals and candidates (corporate and agency) nation wide in all different specialties. This is a very active, but very informal group. You could receive up to 100 FREE leads a week which include candidate resumes and job leads.

There is only one rule. If you can not use the lead "PAY IT FORWARD" to a few contacts that may be interested and so on and so on.

ALL JOB POSTINGS AND RESUMES ARE FREE! If you would like to post a job or resume and If you would like to join here is how it works:

1.) Join the group!

2.) Post leads to the group The leads will be emailed to the group with the direct contact information. Make sure to title appropriately. Example below:

RESUME: XYZ (POSITION QUALIFIED FOR) - LOCATION - OPEN OR NOT OPEN TO RELO (PASTE YOUR RESUME IN THE BODY OF THE POSTING)

OPEN POSITION: POSITION TITILE - LOCATION - OPEN OR NOT OPEN TO RELO (PASTE THE JD IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL)

3.) If you can not use the lead, feel free to forward to any contacts. Continue the cycle. Invite more friends to join

You never know when you may hit a lead that is perfect for you, but what makes this group successful, is that each one of you are able to contribute and send to a group of friends and so on and so on! Even if you aren't in a hiring position, you know someone who is, so forward to them.

As we all know, networking is important whether you have a job or not. Unfortunately, most people learn that lesson when they are "out of work" or "looking for a job" . I look forward to helping you and I hope you will continue to pay it forward.
