Once at KM Asia, if there is someone at the conference you would like to meet, you can request that they meet you in the KM Arena.

How to arrange a meeting in KM Arena:

1. Look at the attendee list located at the Ark Group stand to see if there is anyone in particular you would like to meet
2. Head to the KM Arena and tell the Ark Group staff both your name and the name of the person/s you would like to meet
3. Watch the screen to see when the person you requested enters the Arena
4. Introduce yourself and begin networking!

Alternatively you can pre-arrange a meeting with someone by posting a message in this forum.

We encourage you to suggest topics online that you would be interested in discussing with other attendees. By posting in this group, you can generate some initial discussion, and then make plans to meet up in the KM Arena to explore the topic further.

We have positive expectations about this practical exercise and anticipate that this year's delegates will enjoy embracing the enhanced networking opportunities!
