You could spread word to ensure that the more than 300 employees
(most of who are legitimate and are the ones who is exposing this
fraud to the world, the department didnt find it on its own, victims
reported) are not further victimized, they get the salaries paid,
get paid for all of the time and trauma caused, and is not in anyway
victimized on any future extensions of their status here (just
because they worked for Cybersoftec, who put their skilled employees
and their families in trouble), if they are otherwise eligible, and
if they want to continue in the US.

Please note that atleast to the best of our knowledge, most
employees are not illegal immigrants, they are well educated,
skilled computer workers, who have no bad history, have been here
legally on status only, have been working their ass off like anybody
else. Think about Enron, the management was fraud, the employees
were just victims.

A lot of organizations will be making a harvest out of this, and I
hope yours wont be one of them.
