Lean PM is devoted to applying Lean (and Agile) Principles to technology product management and product development. This group is for experimenters: those product managers willing to try new ways of doing things to create products that customers love in a fraction of the time. We are concerned with entire product cycle (and cycle time) from Ideation to Market Demand. As plenty of work is being done in the actual development space, this group is concerned with what happens before and after development. Thus:

1. Ideation to definition
2. Product availability to Market Demand

We need to collaborate with development as we view this whole process, but the discussion on development are best kept to the many superb agile, lean, and kanban development groups.

Further, as there are already plenty of PMA groups for general product management discussion and announcements, this group is reserved for discussions of Lean and Agile concepts as they relate to product management. There are no wrong answers in this group. Members are encouraged to share both their successes and failures.

Commercial announcements are discouraged. If they pertain to Lean or Agile product management, they will be permitted. They must be preceded by "[ANN]". Anyone violating these rules risks being removed from the group.
