Ajay –
Trust this mail finds you in good spirits. It’s time we organize another
meeting like we did last year. We can put forward the thought in the forum and
can decide according to the member’s response.

in India
Hi,
After the highly successful LinkedIn F2F meet in Delhi in Februry, it may
be time to get going on more such meets in Delhi and other cities. We
already hve some keen volunteers willing to do so. Why don't we get going?
In the meantime, even if bigger meets involving logistics and expenses
cannot be organized, how about meeting more casually over drinks and
coffee? No need for an agenda intially - make it more like getting to know
one another and sharing experiences on how to get the best out of
LinkedIn. This is what we did in Delhi
and it was very well received.
And the best way to get going is to fix a venue, announce a date and send
out invites. Don't wait to coordinate a date to suit everyone. All events
can be promoted on this group mail and the F2F blog, URL given below.

I am pleased to invite you to Julley, a photographic
perspective from Ladakh and other Himalayan regions, starting November
19 as given below.
Julley is a cheerful expression of greeting in Ladakh, and the
collection of my pictures have tried to capture just this spirit of the
region's people, culture and landscapes.
On display for the first time are also wall sized prints of 4' x 3',
going down to 10" x 12", as well as some on canvas to give a feel of a
painting. All very attractively priced to suit your budget - after all,
low cost need not mean low worth.
Date: November 19-21, 2008 Time: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (The show closes at 8:00 pm on the
last day) Location: Convention / Auditorium Foyer, India Habitat Centre,
Lodi Road, New Delhi.
Note: I may not be available at all hours, but can be there for
sure if you let me know what time you are coming.
Look forward to having you over. And feel free to get friends along.
Cheers...

The Kunzum Photo Contest closes August 31, 2008. In case you missed the
earlier announcement, read on below.
India is a photographer's delight with its natural features, wildlife,
flora, people, cultures and festivals providing more fodder for a
shutterbug's creativity than one can chew.
So why not take out your camera, or dig out your stock, and participate
in Kunzum.com's travel photography competition? Bring out the spirit of
a place, or its people, its flora and fauna, or things you may have
done in India through photographs for a chance to win a professional
LCD monitor from ViewSonic, or holidays from Banjara Camps?
Add to that the possibility of your images featuring in travel books to
give you a portfolio to show off.
What are you waiting for you? The contest has already started, and you
have up to August 31, 2008 to submit your entries. There are no
guidelines here about the images to be submitted: We do not want your
creativity to be restricted.
Will you be that talent who will show India in a new light?
If the answer is yes, check out more details at
http://kunzum.com/photo-contest.
There is no entry fee, nor a limit to
how many photos you can submit.
Happy Clicking!!
Cheers...
