Hi Vlad,
The
Disclaimer
The Disclaimer is something that must be placed in any site that is claiming
results. They are same as the one that you listen in Radio and TV Advertising.
Have you ever read the side effects in medications? They are worse than the
illness! But you still take it, don't you?
By the way, the disclaimer is at the end of the page (as usual) but it is not
as small as used to be. It is actually in uppercase and twice bigger than
usual, so they want you to see it anyway.
Of course, nobody is going to put it at the beginning.
For me, that disclaimer shows how honest they
are with the people who are watching their videos. The main reason
those disclaimers must be placed there is because of the People’s Mindset.
Remember that 97% of people will never be
successful in life because:
- They are skeptical (see it to believe it)
- They want to stay on their comfort zone (they do
not try new things).
- They do not take action because of fear to
something (paralyzed by analysis)
- They will influence others to make them stay
within the 97% (selfish).
- They are influenced by bad comments from others
because they do not have their own criteria and “think that others are
right”, but they do not realize that 97% of “others” are going to fail.
Those disclaimers are made for:
- People who really decide to create a life (take
action) not for those who think that life happens to them (waiting with
filters on).
- for those who will not blame others for failing
(responsible for their own actions).
- for those who focus on what are they going to
gain and not for those who focus on what are they going to lose (positive
thinking).
If that disclaimer stops you, remember the
way to do one thing is the way you do everything, that is your life!
We can bring the best product, the best system, the best technique or the best
business, and 97% of people will fail anyway
because the success is not in the model, the success is in YOU. Not in
the technology, not in the economy, not in the market, not in the product,
service, system or site...Just in YOU.
So, who cares disclaimers, who cares what you can find in Google, who cares
what others are saying. People use to say more bad things than good things, so
other people are not reference for your success. The only person who can tell you whether something is good or bad for you
is YOU.
The MLM
Criticism
It is important that you brought that section because it confirms what I am talking about MLM.
The Criticism section of that page means “The
way people use to see MLM”, and it does not refer about what MLM
actually is.
In fact, the section says “In March 2008,
the FTC removed Network Marketing (MLM) companies from the proposed Business
The revised proposal, however, would not reach multi-level
marketing companies or certain companies that may have been swept inadvertently
into scope of the April 2006 proposal”
The Rule was impacting MLM Business Models
unfairly so The FTC decided to exempt them by March 2008 because
they were swept inadvertently into another scope. It basically means that MLM
is NOT considered within the BAD Known Business Opportunities. Therefore, it is an Actual Business Model.
The
Formula Five
- It is NOT MLM.
- It is NOT a Business Opportunity.
- It IS a system that can be implemented on your
current business.
The only way to know whether something works
for you or not is to live it by yourself.
It is free, you learn something applicable right now and you can leave whenever
you want without buying anything. It is that simple!

I personally liked the disclaimer written in very small letters on both pages
with the video links:
"DISCLAIMER: THE PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCED BY THE USER COMMENTS AND
TESTIMONIALS ON THIS PAGE AND/OR OUR WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO
EXPERIENCE. COMPANY HAS NOT INVESTIGATED OR SUBSTANTIATED ANY OF THE USER
COMMENTS OR CLAIMS. SOME OF THE USERS MAY, IN SOME CASES, BEEN INCENTIVIZED TO
SUBMIT THEIR COMMENTS, AND COMPANY HAS NOT VERIFIED THE FIGURES QUOTED IN
THEM."

Personally, I think the criticisms described here: http://en.wikipedia
are quite valid.
