Heh, the 1218 is missing every internal peice, from the flum to the firebox. All we have are the firebox grates, and some scrap parts stored in her flum...

I helped reassemble 1218 for display back in 2002 & 2003. When the NS Steam Program was shut down in 1994, 1218 was about halfway through a major overhaul....
