We are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist us with:

1. Real Estate & Loan prospecting via the Internet
 What's needed?
o Computer & Internet Access
 What if I don't have a Computer?
o Use your local library, Kinko's, or Internet Café
 What if I don't have Internet access?
o We will help provide it for you
 What are my hours?
o You may work anytime. The internet is 24 hrs /7 days a week
 What am I paid?
o $5 for every prospect referral found verified
o $20 if that prospect applies for a loan or property to
buy/sell
o $475 if that loan is approved and funded or the property is
bought or sold

2. Re-selling local, long distance, and wireless phone service

 What's needed?
o A way of receiving the flyers we will provide to you
 What are my hours?
o Anytime you can distribute the flyers or refer people to the
service
 What am I paid?
o $10 for every new customer signed up by you

3. Finding properties to buy in your local area

 What's needed?
o Nothing
 What are my hours?
o Anytime
 What am I paid?
o $25 for every "For Sale by Owner" property where we can
verify the owner and phone number provided
