Hi All ....
Marie and I were just talking about our old contracting days and (as
usual) MarkAir came up. Hands down this was our favorite maintenance
contract. Although short, we remember it being the best mainly for
the people we met. No where else during our contracting days were we
met with the open arms and warmth extended by ALL of the MarkAir
employees there in Fairbanks. BTW, we were there in Feb-Mar 1992 to
help out with new 737-400's and an old Herc (123?). Wish we could
have stayed longer.
Anyhow, my question is to you all - does anyone here know Bill Wilson?
He worked as head of the paint department. We got to know him very
well and in the end, he was kind enough to buy the car we bought for
our time there. He and Diane are great people and we would like to
maybe just say HI again after all these years :)
