Now let's look at the numbers:

Plan A: Pays 15% on Level 1 and 40% on Level 2

Level 1 = 4 people x $100BV = $400 x 15% = $60
Level 2 = 16 people x $100BV = $1600 x 40% = $640

Totals 20 people Monthly Commission = $700

Plan B: Pays 5% on Level 1 and 10% on Level 2

Level 1 = 4 people x $100BV = $400 x 5% = $20
Level 2 = 16 people x $100BV = $1600 x 10% = $160

Totals 20 people Monthly Commission = $180

Now here's a stupid question. Which would you rather earn for the same
amount of work, $180 or $700?
