U can learn thru book, which many people has reviewed.

to read the review of any book..google " forex book"
if u want to hv simple idea about forex ..google  " forex simple
strategy".

Reason: to learn play forex, or FKLI or FCPO or US mkt..takes a long
time. But once you found your technic, you'll be okay.

yes FCPO, but tactic is different with FKLI. this one totyally
INTRADAY. But the good point is the swing is long yesterday nearly
300 x RM 25= RM 7500 !!!. not like FKLI - short swing, mostly. 10
points = RM 500, then jumped like crazy...

now seriuosly study US mkt-- commodity futures..but not option.

Indonesian palm oil prices edged lower on Wednesday, unsettled by
government plans for new policies aimed at dampening cooking oil
prices due to be introduced soon. The state marketing centre in
Jakarta did not hole crude palm oil auctions after selling only 1,000
tonnes out of 10,000 tonnes of crude palm oil offered on Tuesday. In

($0.744)a kilogram, slightly down from 7,100 rupiah a kilogram on

The Trade Ministry said the government was planning to introduce a 9-

crude palm oil prices rose above $850 a tonne and it would impose a
zero percent export tax if prices fell below $500 a tonne. Indonesia
is also planning to scrap a 10 percent value-added tax on crude palm
oil sold to cooking processors, Agriculture Minister Anton
Apriyantono said.

The new policies, which are due to be imposed in early September, are
meant to curb rising cooking oil prices in the country which have
soared almost 30 percent this year powered by rising global prices of
crude palm oil. The planned new policies also hit the neighbouring
Malaysian market, where palm oil futures dropped 1.5 percent to 2,375
ringgit ($678) per tonne.

Cooking oil in Jakarta was offered at 8,000 rupiah a kilogram, little
moved from 7,900 rupiah a kilogram on Tuesday. Buyers bid at 7,700
but there were no deals. Cooking oil producers were cautious on the
government's plan to scrap a 10 percent value-added tax on crude palm
oil sold to local processors.

There were no offers at the palm oil export market as players awaited
the government's decision.

ANALISIS INVESTASI
Harga CPO masih berpeluang naik

Berdasarkan data historis, dalam lima bulan pertama 2007, harga rata-rata minyak kelapa sawit (crude palm oil/CPO) sudah berada pada level 2.221 ringgit per ton. Selama periode Januari hingga Mei 2007, harga terendah komoditas itu sempat bercokol pada level 1.852 ringgit pada 25 Januari 2007 dan posisi tertinggi 2.590 ringgit pada 29 Mei 2007.

Sepanjang 2006 seperti terlihat pada grafik, harga terendah komoditas itu menyentuh level 1.408 ringgit per ton pada 5 April 2006 dan posisi tertinggi 2.062 ringgit pada 28 Desember 2006 dengan harga rata-rata 1.735 ringgit

Secara fundamental data CPO Malaysia, sebagai salah satu produsen terbesar dunia, untuk periode April 2007 mengalami kenaikan kemampuan pasok sekitar 4,1% dari 1,08 juta ton menjadi 1,12 juta ton, sedangkan data ekspor negara itu meningkat 5,9% dari 1,05 juta menjadi 1,12 juta ton.

Sementara itu, persediaan komoditas itu di Malaysia turun cukup signifikan hingga mencapai 11,7% dari 1,34 juta ton menjadi 1,18 juta ton.

Dengan data fundamental stok lebih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan produksi serta peluang berlanjutnya kondisi itu, hal itu akan mendorong harga CPO.

Menurut data Dewan Sawit Malaysia, pada triwulan I/2007 negara itu telah mengalami kenaikan permintaan hingga 12%-14%, sedangkan kemampuan pasokan hanya meningkat 8%-9%.

Kondisi ini mencerminkan telah terjadi defisit persediaan. Secara hukum elastisitas ekonomi, pelaku pasar menilai kenaikan harga komoditas itu dapat melebihi selisih persentase defisit itu.

Secara teknikal, indikator moving average masih memperlihatkan potensi pergerakan harga menuju over hitting atau masih dapat membentuk harga resistance di level baru yang mungkin ke level 2.640 ringgit per ton.

Kendati indikator stochastic oscillator telah memberikan sinyal, harga sudah pada posisi overbought, hal itu belum menunjukkan tanda harga akan turun dalam grafik bulanan, sedangkan potensi penurunan harga dalam jangka pendek dimungkinkan ke 2.450 ringgit per ton, dengan level pendukung harga 2.037 ringgit per ton.

Cermati pasarnya

Selain analisis fundamental dan teknikal, adakalanya pelaku pasar juga mencermati situasi pasar CPO berdasarkan harga komoditas itu di Malaysia, sebagaimana terlihat pada grafik.

Dari grafik itu terlihat pergerakan harga naik secara signifikan (trend bullish) mengikuti mekanisme pasar. Hal itu pada umumnya berjalan paralel dengan pergerakan harga di pasar sekunder? atau pasar fisik.

Harga penutupan kontrak berjangka CPO periode Agustus di Malaysia pada 25 Mei 2007 mencapai 2.498 ringgit, sedangkan harga spot komoditas untuk penyerahan Juni adalah 2.620 ringgit per ton.
