Join us as University Hospitals, MOTTEP, The American Diabetes,
Cancer and Heart Associations provide information about Community
health. Scheduled speakers are Dr. Lee Ponsky Urolology
Oncology, Dr. Richard Grant Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Juan Sanabria,
Transplant Surgery and Mrs. Gerri Blair – founder of MWUBC, including
blood pressures, glucose testing, and more!
WHEN

from 10:00am – 2:00pm)
This fair is open to the public


We are needed to help with blood pressures, glucose testing and to
speak about and give out health information. Please let me know as
soon as possible by e-mail if you will be able to donate one or two
hours to the event.
This is one way to help bring us in to the main stream of UH mission
vision and values.
