This Group is for all fans of the Minneapolis Northfield & Southern Railroad and its predecessors and successors.

The purpose of the discussion will be to foster a better understanding of the railroad, its operations, physical plant, and equipment for the purpose of historic preservation and accurate modeling. Questions and comments about any facet of the MN&S and its predecessors and successors are welcome here, as is discussion of present day preservation of historic MN&S artifacts and modeling of the MN&S railroad .
